Along the north-west side of the façade, which is exposed to the weather, there were bushes and shrubs but no efficient protection of the façade against spray water.

Furthermore, the slab path had to be repaired due to unevenness. So the bushes were torn out and an adjustment belt was mounted to be able to lay gravel between the house façade and the adjustment belt.
